Most students begin using what they learn within the first few weeks. Each lesson comes with application so you can start practicing foundational Enneagram wisdom and skills right away. Once you complete Level 1, you will feel equipped to begin offering simple sessions, guidance for typing, and support in workplaces. We’ve had many students who move through the full certification program and develop enough competence, skills, and confidence to take paid clients by the time they complete the program!

Not only is the Enneagram relevant in the professional/corporste environment, it opens the door to drastically change team culture, improve communication and collaboration, minimize conflict and tension, boost efficiency, reduce turnover, improve onboarding, and help any team more effectively reach their goals. Some professionals enroll specifically to bring the Enneagram into their workplace. Most often, these are therapists, educators, social workers, human resources or leadership development professionals, DEI trainers, managers, or leaders across industries from healthcare to tech to mental health. EU’s approach is highly practical, inclusive, and strategic, making it fitting and valuable in any professional setting. 

Absolutely. The program was designed for working adults who already have busy schedules. It’s all online, work-at-your-own-pace, and we also have an app so you can learn on-the-move, too. There is a live component in Level 2 (an online 8-week group) but everything else is fully independent. Many of our students have successfully completed the program while also managing their 9-5, their family, and other social obligations. There’s no deadline for completion, so you feel the freedom to move through the curriculum however is most convenient and sustainable for your life. Support is available through the Facebook community and optional 1-to-1 guidance if you ever get stuck.

Levels 1 + 2 (Enneagram Wisdom and Coaching Skills) are required for certification, which includes 23.5 hours of curriculum. At 1 hour per day, it would take less than a month to complete. At 3 hours per week, it would take just under two months. We also have students who slowly chip away over a year’s time, and that is perfectly ok, too. You can take breaks, review material, and return whenever you’d like since you’ll have lifetime access to the course. Once you complete the curriculum, you’ll schedule a final interview to be issued your full certification. 

Income varies based on your chosen business model, capacity, and niche. Many of our coaches charge between $75 and $200 per hour for 1-to-1 work and between $500 and several thousand dollars for workshops, team trainings, or corporate consulting. Some students integrate the Enneagram into an existing service and use it to increase pricing or improve client outcomes. In the program, you will learn how to structure offers, set rates, and create a sustainable coaching or consulting pathway.

There is no governing body that legally requires Enneagram practitioners to be certified. However, high-quality, professional training is essential if you want to be seen as credible, effective, and worth compensating. Certification from a reputable program like EU signals competence, gives you a strong mental health informed foundation, and sets you apart from hobbyists or social media enthusiasts. It also gives you structured tools, ethical guidelines, and real skill development so you can work with clients responsibly and get paid well for it.
